As you are driving, pay attention to your hands, your shoulders, your arms and your neck.  Most times, you will notice tension in one or all of these areas.  A simple technique is to relax your grip, roll your shoulders back, give your neck a little adjustment by tucking your chin just a bit.  Now take a nice slow breath in and out and notice how you are alert but less stressed. Namaste, Becky.
