Q Tip # 7: Breathe, Will You?

Feeling stressed?  Need a quick release?  Just Breathe

1.  Drop your shoulders.

2.  Take a long, slow breath in through your nose.

3.  Hold it a couple of seconds.

4. Open your mouth wide, and breathe out making a deep “hahhhhh” sound.

5.  Repeat three times.
