Of like importance is the posture too,
In which the genial feat of Love we do. Lucretius

We spend hours hunched over steering wheels, computers, our smart phones, and even eating.  Of course this results in unnatural postures.  Our heads are down, our necks and shoulders are pushed forward, and our breathing is constricted.  Is it any wonder we have headaches, back aches and trigger points of pain?

Well, just hug it out.

A few times a day, stop what you are doing.  Sit up straight in your chair, or stand straight, and take a couple of cleansing breaths focusing on expanding your lungs and breathing into your heart space.  Then, hug it out. Wrap your left hand under your right arm, wrap your right arm over your left, grasping your left arm. Then squeeze yourself just a little and gently rock from side to side.  As you do this continue to breathe naturally sending your breath deep into your heart space.

Remind yourself of all the love you have inside for yourself and for others.  Sending hugs and peace your way.  Namaste, Becky
